1.general

The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery are part of the contract for all current and future delivery contracts. Terms and conditions deviating from these are only binding if they have been acknowledged by us in writing.

TAS Handels AG is entitled to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions including all possible annexes at any time with a reasonable period of notice. Orders received prior to this will be processed according to the then still valid old General Terms and Conditions.

Orders can be made in writing or verbally. As a rule, these orders are processed on the same or the following working day and thus confirmed by immediate delivery. Otherwise, a written order confirmation will be issued.

2.offer

Our offers are binding. Small deviations and technical changes compared to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. Your order constitutes an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. When you place an order with TAS Handels AG, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and listing its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order. A purchase contract is only concluded when we send an invoice to you by e-mail.

3. Delivery and payment

The delivery and payment conditions of TAS Handels AG are shown in more detail in the order form. .

All prices quoted are gross prices and are ex works plus freight and packaging including the applicable value added tax (CH-Switzerland 7.7% and D-Germany 19%. Price changes due to exchange rate fluctuations are possible at any time. We reserve the right To change prices without consultation

4. Payment methods

Prepayment or invoice

In the event of default in payment by the purchaser, we shall be entitled either to take back the delivered item without waiving our claims or until they have been satisfied and to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the purchaser is liable for any reduction in value, even if this is not his fault. Furthermore, we allow ourselves to charge interest on arrears in the amount of 2.5% interest p.a. above the respective valid discount rate.

4. Retention of title

all delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

5. Transfer of risk

The risk shall pass to the Purchaser upon dispatch of the goods by TAS Handels AG.

6. Delivery times

Goods that are in stock (we are not responsible for transportation problems) are shipped within 48 hours. If the goods are not in stock when you order, we will try to deliver as soon as possible.

We are not liable in cases of force majeure, delivery delays due to disruptions at our suppliers or means of transport caused by strike, lockout or company shutdown. If the delivery time of 3 months is exceeded, the customer may withdraw from the purchase contract in whole or in part after setting a proper deadline.

7.returns - Right of return

Returns of any kind must be announced in advance. Returns will only be accepted if they arrive free at our shipping warehouse in Germany by postal package.

8. Warranty

Visible defects are to be complained about immediately by the buyer. If the goods are sent by us, the deadline for a written notice of defects is 8 days after receipt of the goods. Subsequent defects can only be claimed against the manufacturer.

9. Warranty services

All bows in our program are covered by a warranty from the manufacturer. We pass on this warranty in full. These are depending on the manufacturer between 2 and 3 years in a relay form. However, this warranty does not cover paint damage of any kind, color changes of the limbs as well as damage due to improper handling. When taking over and forwarding warranty claims to the manufacturer, we step forward, as far as possible, until the warranty has been recognized by the manufacturer.

10. Data backup

In accordance with § 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we draw attention to the fact that the data required in the course of business are processed and stored by means of an EDP system in accordance with § 33 (BDSG). Personal data will of course be treated confidentially.

11. Jurisdiction

Place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is the registered office of TAS Handels AG, CH-8207 Schaffhausen.

All prices quoted are net prices and are ex works plus freight, packaging and plus the applicable VAT (CH-Switzerland 7.7%, D-Germany 19% and EU - net. Price changes due to exchange rate fluctuations are possible at any time. We reserve the right Prices without consultation to change.
